We could try and work something out to get a meet some where down here. Like i said in the 2004 meet thread there are a couple dynos around. I doubt we could get on the HS dyno just because it would have to be during school and all the little cocky ricer drivers would laugh at our cars that are faster than theirs. I can give John Haley Motorsports a call and find out from the guy i work with where the other dyno is at. I know the one he was talkin about was $50 or something like that. He wasnt sure if it was for one run through an hr or half hr or what. If you MN, ND, WI or anyone else is interested post here.

well that makes two of us. What about the rest of you upper mid west guys? Pretty much only thing we could do is get on the dyno, maybe do some spectator drags out at elko but i dont think i would do that its a circl track and i hear all the time of guys hitting the walls. They usualy have pretty sweet stuff going on out there to go watch too. dykz knows a strip over in wi maybe if there is a dyno nearby out there we could go that direction. Otherwise hit the dyno, hit minneapolis find some ladies and get drunk. jk, any ideas will do for this one.

Probably won't be going, could never decide which W to take down there, and if there was a dyno, I'd say screw the Ws and take my Ventura.

I could possibly make it depending on when it is because my mom lives in Eau Claire and I'm there about once a month. but other wise I'm either at school in SW WI, or at my dad's house in SE WI.

depending on when i could be there.
right now i have to tear into motor so i am not going verry far from home.
gotta replace head gasket. and it is frickin cold out. -13 when i woke up this morning.

i am in thief river falls. way up north. :)

there is a 1/4 mile track in fargo,ND www.interstatedragways.com
1/4 mile track in WI but i forget the exact location. http://www.rockfallsraceway.com/
1/8 mile track near hutchinson,MN http://www.grovecreek.com/
MNdragways is supposed to be up and running again this summer. http://www.minnesotadragways.com/

the guys at www.mncgp.com are regulars at rock falls. several of them are either below 12 sec in their GTP's or close.

i agree with phantom on the food. tis always good for a bbq.
i plan on competing car audio again this summer so i will be around the area with that as well. www.termpro.com for the dbdrag schedule and www.soundoff.org/usaci.htm for the usaci schedule. i will hit the MN< ND<IA and mayb a WI event. so if ya see something from their on the schedule there is a good chance i will be there.

right now i am kinda shopping for a new car. so i may have my 90 cutty or i may have a new car. as i really want that 3800 S/C. just not sure if i can afford the car and insurance. so i may just end up with the 3800.

So if we decide to do this, do we want to dyno, race, and have a bbq? I dont know how many dynos are that close to the tracks, i just know of a couple around here, but there are no tracks close to the cities i dont think. Besides that one that is suppposed to be opening this year, but i dont know where or how much that one is.
