I'd pay 2k, maaaaaybe 2500 if it ran amazing, had no leaks in the engine or top, etc. With that much rust I'm sure the underside isn't much better (Not that that's a lot, but my '94 had more miles and no rust)

I would be all over this, but that rust worries me. The price is nuts too for a 100k mile car.

And for goodness sakes, get it out of the snow!
