White face gauges for GP's 94-96

so I always wanted to have white face gauges but I also wanted to keep the stock red lightning, I've been talking to a place that makes them for 97-03 GP's, basically is just like a sticker that goes over your cluster; they said that if I could get 5 people to buy them they could make them for us, who would be interested?? (price I "think" would be $20 still talking about it tho) just wanted to see if anybody would be interested and we'll go from there.

I have a '95 CS, and the pic of the cluster for the GP is not the same as mine. Temp and fuel gauges are flipped, and mine does not have the shifter positions on the cluster face.

the cluster in the pic is a 97-03 GP that was only used to show what they would look like.  95-97 cutlass supremes and 94-95 Grand Prix clusters are interchangeable and face overlays work on both of them like Venom mentioned

What are the chances some of these will come around again?? Ebay has them but $40 for a sticker is outrageous

Troof. You have to remove your stock overlay and place this one down, otherwise your needles will stick sometimes.

I never had to remove the factory one either :shrug: ....it just went over top and worked perfectly...I used a GP cluster instead of the cutty one so that the needles weren't white

mine was the cheappy $7 off brand one too. I had bought one in the past for a beretta and it had problems with the needles sticking so I just went ahead and removed the stock overlay just so I wouldnt have to worry about it.

you guys can do it too, all i did was call the place, and they told me they can do whatever you want, what they need is a cluster (that you wont get back) so they can measure and create the face, then they need at least 5 people to buy it so they would get some profit out of their inconvinience, but thats is all,

note: at least thats how it was back when I first posted this thread...

this was a group buy that was just being organized last year, it was never completely done due a lack of interest, I haven't called to check if we could still do it the same way and/or same prices. If we get enough of interest I might look into it and try to finally have it done. We can start over again though as I still want this for my car :willynilly:

ps. Anthony I would deffinetly take you up on donating the cluster as that is all they will need.

Dude that's awesome, go for the ones listed for the Olds. It even has the correct Oldsmobile font for the labels!

I'd so get that if they had the correct temp gauge w/ numbering for the '95 cluster!!

i also just had him add the matte lamination to it (makes it last longer and stuff i guess) hes out of the matte lamination right now but managed to get just enough from his supplier to do mine so i dont have to wait.
