Blackened Clears

I decided to take the "clear sidemarkers" one step further today and painted the reflectors black. Take a look. Excuse the dirt. The car needs a wash big time. :wink:

That's what am doing. I did the clear markers and clear tails. Dont like it. I did the tinted tails and HL covers. Got tickets. So....i'm in the works on a new style for my tails and also blackin out the corners. Looks good btw

i actually took mine apart and just have the regular gray plastic but im gonna sand and paint it red to match the ride :roll:

Thanks for all the comments. :biggrin: I finished blacking the headights aswell this weekend. Here are a few more pictures. All I did was mask off the actual reflector parts and paint everything else black.

the lip is part of the Predator kit from JCWhitney. They didn't have the rest of the kit in thier catalog at the time I ordered it.

with a fresh wax, tint and some new wheels, your car would look tits. I really like the blankened clear look.. the whole bright white thing never did anything for me.
