Did any GP's or CS's have a Center consol with an E-Brake. I use it alot in other cars, but I haven't seen any w's wtih it anywhere but on the floor.

Nope. None got it. Earlier models got the 'pump 75 times to set' system. Later ones got the pump-once setup.

I've heard talk about a handbrake from a Fiero going in with some modification but never saw it so I can't be sure it works or not..but yeah
personally my Lumina has the pump all day setup and it might catch a few times and then slip and jam your foot to the floor lol

Here's where I saw that idea.. looks like nothing became of it though: http://www.w-body.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23680&highlight=fiero+ebrake

I was just thinking about using one from a Cavalier.. I know my friend's 96 Cavy has a handbrake and it is a shitload of fun in snow in the winter

If you've got the pump-once system, you don't really need the handle-type. I can get my car to do all the same things you can do with a handbrake. Hit the pedal once to start the desired slide, hit it again and the wheels grip.

I really would like a hand brake or even a working foot brake for that matter in the Cutlass.

The fiero hand brake is a good idea but I can see it possibilily sticking up above the seats when it's on.
