He has two of them. One is the winter beater, one is his summer car. At least that's how I understand it.

That's the first rear console I've seen in cloth instead of leather.

Looking good!!! Hows the roads in Manitoba? Last time I was through your great province I felt that your roads weren't much better then ours in Saskatchewan, some of the highways have gravel shoulders which was crazy, I thought Saskatchewan was the only province to be doing something like that!!

Looking good though, was it ever driven in the winter?? Paint looks pretty good to me from the pictures, especially that side shot, nice and clean!!

Yea, the roads are pretty shitty. Some of the highways are getting better. Hwy 59 south to the US border is a lot better than it has been in a long time. From what I know about it, yea, it was driven everywinter since 89. When I took posession of it in May04, I made sure to flush out any areas that could hold any road salt. There was some pretty dirty water that was comming out. I don't plan on driving it in the winter anymore. The one in my sig is gonna be my winter car until I cant drive it anymore. As for the paint, it was repainted by the previous owner, but it appears that it was sanded right down and they primed and painted it. I think it was painted sometimes in 93, or 94.

Leather was not an option on the 1988 regal 4 seaters ( in 1988 they were not called or badged GS's but the 4 seater package, ground effects, wheels, FE3 could be order as seperate options in any combination)

In 1988 you could only order leather on the standard seats so the front and rear buckets/consoles were all cloth.

I , dunno if leather was available on the the 1989 GS's but most I have seen were cloth
