93 gp with no first gear vs 90 ish crx

this guy pulled up next to me at a light at like 2 in the morning last night with a fartcan exhaust a spoiler and a bodykit started revving his motor making all kinds of noise the light turned green we bolth hit the gas he pulled on me in his first gear i pulled on him all the way through his second when he went into third i heard his trans sound like it was racheting and he just stopped in the middle of the street :lol: :lol: :lol: so since im a good sumariton i turned around to "HELP" him :lol: stopped by him and asked him what happened he told me that his trans locked up and he wanted to know if i had a phone that he could :lol: use three seconds later i saw a cop turn the corner :lol: so i booked and pulled into a nearby parking lot waited a few munites and pulled up next to the cop told him that the guy in the civic was driving like an ass and knocked off my passanger side mirror off the cop asked me to get out of my car and show him so i pulled the mirror out of my trunk and showed it to the cop he filled out an accident report gave the asshole a ticket for leaving the scean of an accident arrested him for driving drunk under 21 and towed his car :lol: :lol: :lol:
this morning i called allstate insurance company to file a claim they told me to get an estimate so i took it to my friends shop and he gave me an estimate for $900 :D the insurance company said the check will be in the mail tomorrow :D

yeah now i can get a new mirror for the one that has been in the trunk since i bought the car from the boneyard and get my trans rebuilt all for free :lol:

that guy was an ass he was like 16 thinking he knows how to drive let alone drunk the part of the city we were in is notorious for racing so he was only out for one reason


also if you dont keep your car in good shape how do you expect to get away from the cops i know i dont have first gear thats why i normally dont race but that kid just pissed me off to i went for it smoked him laughed at him and then fucked him over

agreed, but I don't think that gives the right for the "innocent party" who was also engaged in an illegal activity (Street racing) to commit insurance fraud at the his expense. In my eyes, they're both equally wrong...and rather stupid.
